For our bidders outside of the UK, we offer international shipping with Royal Mail; where available, we opt for Tracked and Signed delivery. 

The maximum insurance option Royal Mail offers per parcel is £250. When the value of a parcel is over £250, we ask that you send us an email confirming you are happy to take responsibility for the difference before we post it out to you. In the case that your parcel exceeds that value, we are happy to split items into multiple packages to increase the insurance level. 

Alternatively, you may send your own courier; we offer a packaging only service for a small fee. 

Extra packaging charges will be added to some breakable items / items that need more packing than usual. You can also request this by emailing us at [email protected] and quoting 'Extra Packaging'.
